The previous headquarters of the insurance company Nationale Nederlanden on the Schiekade 830 in Rotterdam was until recently an accidental business complex. When Facilitypoint b.v. took the challenge they quickly saw that a building of this stature deserves its own brand. This meant a new identity, house style, unified signage and a central reception. It also meant assessing every room on every floor and devising a plan for refurbishment.
