For Leyten we created a concept co-design setup for a centre plan in Raalte. Leyten is a project developer with an affinity for city centers and experience balancing conflicting interests. For workshop sessions we created a generative design linked to a calculation model. Co-design means that during the workshop different variations can be explored - the generative plan shows real-time changes and the calculation model shows the consequences.

Co-design means that during the workshop options and variations can be explored in real-time. In the mean time the spreadsheet reflects these changes in real-time. This allows for decisions to be made based on facts with a higher fidelity.
